Rules of the Contest

1. Participation:

a) This contest is freely open to any major individual (18 years and more). The minor people cannot be registered without prior writing agreement of their parents or tutor.

Caution: Neither Featherplanet.com, nor Globalistar Ltd will never ask you for money, in any kind that it is, to validate your inscription or for some fees. Please report us immediately all fraud attempt to the following address:Shauna_Bauwens_Comp@featherplanet.com

b) Cannot participate:
- Members of the personnel of Globalistar Ltd, their children and any other member of their family;
- Representatives, Partners or Associates of Featherplanet.com,their children and any other member of their family;
- Minor people without the written agreement of their parents or tutor.

2. Follow-up:

a) The ultimate date to validate your inscription is fixed at January 15, 2007 at midnight (G.M.T.).
b) To participate, you must forward us 2 poems :
- The first, on the topic which you prefer;
- The second on one of the three following topics to your choice:
1) Love;
2) Peace in the world;
3) Death.

These 2 poems must contain 20 lines to the maximum.
All the forms of poetry can be used.
The choice of the language is also free.
Works you forward must be original and never have been the subject of publication.

Caution: Any fraud attempt(plagiarism, usurpation of identity,…) will be immediately sanctioned by the cancellation of
the participation and will be the subject, in all the cases, of legal prosecutions. All the expenses related to these pursuits
will be charged to the defrauder(s). In addition, a fixed compensation of 15000 € (fifteen thousand euros) will be claimed as provision for possible further damages. Globalistar Ltd and Featherplanet.com decline any responsibility in case of improper use or tentative of fraud in connection with this Contest.

The ultimate date to send your 2 poems is fixed at January 22, 2007 to midnight (G.M.T.).

c) the Jury will deliberate until February 10, 2007 and the Prizes winners will be personally informed by e-mail from the 11 to February 20, 2007.

3. Prizes:

- Are neither exchangeable, nor refundable.
- The percentages on the sales for the prizes including the publication vary according to editors. However, our partners pay on average with the author, between 10% and 40% of selling price. Other agreements, negotiated on a case-by-case basis, are also possible. Final percentages will be known as from February 10, 2007.
- Any publication will be subjected to a preliminary agreement purpose between the parties in the form of a contract establishing the rights and duties of each one as well as the financial procedures of implementation.

4. Litigations:

In the event of litigations, only the courts of the jurisdictions where the editors are established are qualified. Nevertheless, we are always with your listening : Shauna_Bauwens_Comp@featherplanet.com
