Overview
This website is operated by Feather Planet. By using this site, you signify that you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Pricing
All of our prices are in pounds sterling and we do not charge VAT. All delivery charges will be shown and applied, if necessary, during the checkout process. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice at any time.
Discount codes and special offers
From time to time we offer a discount or special offer. We reserve the right to remove or end these offers without giving notice. Discount codes cannot be applied on orders over £100.
Acceptance of orders
We reserve the right to cancel or amend an order without prior notice.
Accuracy of information
We reserve the right to modify the contents of this site at any time. We endeavor to make to make the information on our website as accurate as possible however, please be aware that colours may differ depending on the device or monitor you are browsing on.
Availability of products
Whilst we try and ensure that
our product availability is accurate, from time to time, problems may occur but
we will work closely with you to offer a solution.
Use of products
Products are not suitable for
anyone under the age of three. We recommend that adult supervision is
used at all times for children.
About our Feathers
All feathers are sanitised and
cleansed to the highest level to meet EU regulations. All feathers are
free to move around the EU without limitations. We work closely with the
dye factory to ensure all our feathers are accurately described and quality
checked. Dyed feathers are not colourfast. During storage and
transit, feathers may become dehydrated and may need attention when
opened. For example, holding a feather carefully over some steam or
teasing the plume through your fingers can bring it back to its best.
Sometimes additional feather remnants will remain in the package - this is
harmless residue from the dye or plume.
Delivery
We dispatch
orders within 48 hours of receiving cleared payment and will let you know by
email when it's on its way to you. Orders are normally shipped via Royal
Mail. Larger orders will be delivered via courier.
Bulk feather
orders may take longer to dispatch but please refer to the advert where
turnaround times can be found.
You can
upgrade most items for next day delivery.
Orders received before midday (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched
to be delivered the following working day.
Cancellations and Returns
Once an order has been
finalised no amendments can be made. If an order is processed and ready
for dispatch then it cannot be cancelled.
If you are anyway unhappy with
the item/s you receive and do not wish to keep the item/s for any reason please
contact me within 14 working days after receiving the item/s at [email protected]
or by using our online form that can be found on our contact us page.
Unauthorised returns are not permitted.
You will be fully refunded
within 30 days of the return.
Please note change of mind return
costs are the responsibilty of the buyer however in the unlikely event where
goods received are damaged, defective or significantly not as described, we
will cover return costs.
Handcrafted items are exempt from
returns as they are bespoke (unless faulty/damaged).
Unwanted items are to be
returned including all packaging within 30 working days after
notification. I recommend obtaining a traceable postal receipt to protect
against loss or damage.
Your statutory rights will
remain unaffected.
