We dispatch orders within 48 hours (usually two business days) of receiving your cleared payment. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.
Delivery through Royal Mail: We use Royal Mail for reliable delivery. Click and Collect is not currently available.

Shipping Costs
Postage rates
UK orders qualify for free shipping on any order over the value of £15.00. Orders £14.99 and under will incur a postal charge of £1.99. We also offer Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 and only charge the Royal Mail price for this service.
International postage
EUROPE
We ship to all European countries and orders up to the value of £20.00 incur a charge of £13.99. Orders over £20.01 up to £100 will be charged £19.99 and orders over £100 will cost £29.99 in post and packaging.
CANADA, AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
Shipping rates are as follows. Orders up to the value of £10, shipping is £9.99. Orders up to the value of £30 shipping is £15.99. Up to £100 incur a shipping charge of £25.99. Over £100 will cost £35.99 in shipping.
Please also observe your countries importing rules and regulations as you may incur extra taxes and/or import duties. These are out of our control.
All overseas orders are shipped via a trackable method and we provide a tracking number on your dispatch email.
USA
Due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to ship orders to the United States. As many of you will know, from 29th August 2025, the U.S. government is removing the long-standing De Minimis exemption, which previously allowed low-value parcels to enter the country without incurring import tariffs or undergoing full customs procedures. With this exemption lifted, all shipments—regardless of value—will now be subject to duties, taxes, and extensive customs checks. Unfortunately, this creates significant logistical and financial challenges that prevent us from guaranteeing timely, cost-effective delivery to our U.S. customers. We’re actively exploring compliant solutions and hope to resume service as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Orders received before 11am (Monday to Friday) will usually be dispatched the same day (adverse weather conditions and Royal Mail strikes dependent).
Next day delivery is guaranteed before 1pm the following working day if your order is placed before 11am. This cost is £8.15.
We offer Tracked 24 at a cost of £3.60 per order. Royal Mail aim to deliver this service by the next working day. You could also opt for Tracked 48. This serivce will cost £2.70 per order. Royal Mail claim this service takes 2 to 3 working days however, 94% of postcodes are delivered within 2 working days.
We will provide a tracking number with your dispatch email.
Delivery Problems
If your UK order does not arrive after 10 working days (outside of the Royal Mail strikes, bad weather etc), please contact us so we can arrange a refund/replacement.
If you're in Europe please allow 20 days and we'll refund/replace. If your item does arrive damaged please let us know as soon as possible and we will sort this out for you by refunding/replacing.
