The process of stripping feathers is a unique one. The quill is first stripped approximately 3/4 of its feather, leaving behind the beautiful feather tips. They are then glued and sewn then arranged on to a piece of fabric.  This process creates a stunning eyelash tipped feather ready to sew or attach to your project.

From top to bottom, they measure approx 4 inches long.

These Feather Hackle Plates are available in a variety of colors and can be cut to any size or left on the fabric for ease of use..
