Stripping feathers is a unique process where the quill gets stripped approximately 3/4 of its feather. This leaves behind beautiful feather tips that resemble delicate eyelashes. 

These Feather Hackle Plates are available in a variety of colours and can be cut to any size or left on the fabric for ease of use.
