Black Stripped Coque Tail Rooster Feathers x 6

Black rooster coque tail feathers tend to be long and narrow plumes. Each one has been stripped to leave a tear drop shape at the top of the stem.These have been created from half bronze iredescent coque tails. 

They are stripped from their natural colour. A bleaching process is applied to remove the natural shade. Eco friendly dyes are then added leaving a wonderful shade of black with a hint of shimmer.Stripped rooster coque feathers make a great alternative. The whispy tip is pefect for adding to any hat or fascinator.

Stripping feathers is a unique process where the quill is stripped approximately 3/4 of its feather, leaving behind beautiful feather tips.
